We are looking for a candidate who has a working experience in all aspects of facility maintenance. Must have a working knowledge of all the trades including: plumbing, pumps, electrical, and painting, assorted HVAC units including Centrifugal Chillers and RTU's. Customer Service Manager, Walk in the Word, Elgin Campus
Position Summary
Oversee the daily functions of the customer service team - both US and Canada - to assure effective and efficient fulfillment of order entry, inbound and outbound customer phone contact, and all aspects of correspondence.

Essential Functions
1.    Provide daily coordination of work assignments and scheduling for the customer service team to assure the highest quality customer service and coverage.
2.    Oversee personnel and volunteers.
3.    Be the gate keeper on all written correspondence to customers
4.    Perform level 2 customer service issues which extend beyond the scope of day to day service.
5.    Productivity and Quality Assurance

Personal Qualifications
Strongly prefer college degree.
Experience in supervisory or lead position.
Must be able to assimilate and recall a network of detailed information (i.e. product codes, broadcast and mailing schedules, special offers.
Requires good customer service/people skills.
Demonstrated ability in writing and grammar skills.
Minimum typing skills of 50 wpm, with emphasis on accuracy of typing skill.
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows necessary.

Communication
Extensive communication with WITW public.  Will be required to handle communication in unpredictable situations. Daily interaction with staff and volunteers. Will handle sensitive personnel communication.

Young Adult Administrative Assistant, Rolling Meadows Campus
We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist the Young Adult/Single Adult Team by providing administration and organization. 
The position is for 25 hours per week and includes working both in the office and during ministry events. The right individual will be ministry minded, be able to go the extra distance to finish projects and should possess a Christ-like spirit and faithfulness in service. Daily duties will include general office tasks, brainstorming, receiving and completing projects and coordination of volunteers.
