    Full-time legal assistant or paralegal to assist Senior Legal Director. Position includes communicating with clients, church members, trustees, attorneys and other professionals.

    Essential Roles and Responsibilities

    The Children’s Ministry Coordinator is a vital member of the campus team and works closely with the Administrative Assistant as well as the Children’s Ministry staff at other campuses.     Accounts Payable Clerk

    Job Description

    Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk is a detail oriented team player who maintains good working relationships with many different departments.  This position is responsible for the proper classification, entry and payment of invoices and reimbursement requests, including accounts payable review and posting; running reports, printing checks, filing and credit card related maintenance for all entities.

    Administrative Manager/Supervisor

    Job Description

    This position reports to the Campus Pastor and is responsible for the administration and management of the campus to ensure ministry efficiency and effectiveness. With direction from the Campus Pastor, this person manages initiatives, projects, events, and weekly/monthly ministry functions to ensure staff/volunteer resources are fully deployed for ministry excellence. This is a key member of the campus leadership team with responsibility for execution and follow-thru.

    Essential Roles and Responsibilities

    • Administers and manages campus functions/activities to ensure ministry efficiency and effectiveness
    • Directly supervises the support team and oversees all office management functions
    • Implements best practices and processes/systems for continuous improvement
    • Plans, organizes, directs, and monitors staffing/workload/assignments for the support team
    • With direction from Campus Pastor, manages the deployment of campus staff/volunteer resources to achieve ministry excellence.
    • Manages initiatives, projects, and events
    • Identifies problems early, collaborates with campus ministry team, and implements solutions
    • Maintains administrative support by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and assigning and monitoring administrative functions
    • Designs and implements effective follow-up systems to ensure execution on behalf of Campus Pastor
    • Achieves financial objectives by managing the campus budget and effective expense management
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    Educational Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    Work Experience Requirements
    • 5+ years related administration, customer service, and office management
    • 2+ years of related management and supervision experience of staff/projects/events
    • 2+ years of experience in ministry volunteer roles
    Other Skills and Qualifications
    • Outstanding planning and organization skills
    • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
    • Self-starter with a high level of urgency
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good knowledge of PC/systems/databases, software
    • High ability to handle confidential information
