Home - Camp Harvest Believing that God changes lives at church camp, the leadership of Harvest Bible Chapel began searching throughout the Midwest for an existing camp or piece of property that could be developed into a camp. After more than two years of searching with no success, the leadership backed away from the idea.

Shortly after, through an amazing gift from a family that supports Walk in the Word, God provided property for a camp on 650 beautiful, wooded, lakefront acres in Newaygo, Michigan for a fraction of its value. He gave us more than we ever dreamed possible.

And praise God for His incredible provision. In 2005, the family who sold Harvest the Camp Harvest property forgave the remaining debt on the land. That's a gift worth more than $1.5 million!

In a world bombarded with godless thinking, everyone needs a special place where they can get away and focus on their relationship with Christ. Camp Harvest is that special place.

CAMPS AND RETREATS Since 2005, over 10,000 people have attended a camp or retreats at Camp Harvest. In 2009 alone, over 2,800 people visited.
