ALL IN BASICS | Crystal Lake
In place of High Five this year, we are introducing a new and exciting opportunity for our Crystal Lake Campus. We will be having a Family Discipleship Experience EVERY Sunday evening in June. Families will get to play together and pray together.
Important Dates
Registration opened Friday, March 7 at noon.
Families will register for an all-access summer pass which will include all five sessions. If you can not make a session, you will be able to pick up all the resources that were used. Registration for all sessions opened on March 7 at noon. One week before each session, your family will receive an email with any info for the upcoming session.

How Much Does All In Cost?
The entire family is only $130 for all five sessions.
Age Breakouts
Childcare – Ages 6 months to 3 years old
Explorers Class – 4 years to entering Kindergarten. Preschoolers get to experience the fullness of ALL IN with our Preschool EXPLORE program. We will take an exciting adventure each session that will leave campers wanting more! They will explore, create, learn, play and sing as they learn all about Jesus!
First Grade and Up – These kids will be ALL IN with their families. This will be a family experience. Families will enjoy worship, chapel, fun, and high-energy games and electives TOGETHER!
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration for a full refund until May 31. After May 31, there is a $25 fee to cancel.
Volunteer Opportunities!
- Planning Team- Now through June 1, Various times
- Decorating Team- Now through June 1, Various times
- Child Care Team- June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 5:00-8:45 PM each session
- Junior High /High School Students and Adults that do not have children registered at ALL IN can volunteer each session to assist with family elective time, run stations in Explorers (preschool room), serve in childcare, and set up and tear down all supplies each week.
*** Students and adults already serving in Harvest Kids or Awana will have first options on serving opportunities.
Mandatory Volunteer Training Meeting
All volunteers must attend the training on Friday, May 30, 6:00-8:00 PM in Cornerstone.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
Final payment is due at the time of online registration through an automatic charge to your form of payment. Please contact Stacey at [email protected] with any questions.
HOW DO I CANCEL REGISTRATION?
You may cancel your registration by May 31 by emailing Stacey at [email protected] for a full refund. If you miss a session, you will be able to pick up the resources that were used for that session.
WHEN WILL THE SESSION CLOSE AND I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO REGISTER?
Registration closes on Sunday, May 25.
WILL I GET A T-SHIRT?
To keep our costs as low as possible for each family, t-shirts will be available for an add-on price of $12 per shirt.
HOW DO I DROP OFF MY PRESCHOOL CHILD OR CHILD FOR CHILDCARE?
Check in your camper at the registration table in the main lobby, and we will direct you to their drop-off location.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Be comfortable and ready to play. Tennis shoes are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We might get messy so dress accordingly.
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR MY FAMILY WITH ALLERGIES?
Note your family’s allergies when registering. All allergies are reviewed by our camp medical team. Our camp medical team will be able to support any medical needs, including keeping allergy medications and/or Epi-Pens in a safe area and administering them, if needed.
DO WE HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY SESSION TO GET TO COME?
No. We would love to have your family every week, but we understand that this schedule is hard with other commitments. If you miss a session you will be able to pick up the resources that were used for that session.
