Before you get here
You can add your family’s contact information to our system here.
Check-in
When you arrive, we’d love to meet you at the Harvest Kids Welcome Counters. Our check-in team will help you print your security tags, walk with you to your children’s classrooms, and answer any questions you might have.
Our weekly check-in process is simple and user-friendly. Each time you check in, a random security code will be generated and will appear on both your child’s name tag and your parent receipt. Your child will wear their name tag, and you’ll keep the parent receipt for pick up. If we need you to care for your child during ministry, we will send you a text message.
Safety
We think and care a lot about safety. When kids are safe, they can relax and learn, and so can their parents! We implement the strictest precautions that provide you with the highest confidence. All volunteers are screened through an application, references, interview, and a federal background check. Every child in our care is accounted for with our check-in and check-out system. A Parent-Child Dedication is a special part of our worship gathering when parents acknowledge before the church body their desire to raise their children to know Jesus. During the service, parents commit to pointing their kids to Jesus and parenting in a way that honors the Lord, and the church commits to supporting the parents as they raise their kids.
In Harvest Kids, we’re committed to providing an engaging, welcoming, and safe environment for every kid. That means we do our best to help all kids engage in worship, learn Biblical truth, and feel successful in the classroom regardless of how they communicate, process, learn, or move.
