Work At Harvest

Join our Team and Be Part of the Mission!

Harvest Mission: One we believe God has equipped us to fulfill together: “To glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission.” Our obedience to this mission is the foundation of every Harvest ministry.

We are committed to growing together, deepening our understanding of God’s Word as we live out faith through the Marks of a Disciple: Uniquely Planted, Deeply Rooted, Carefully Pruned, and Persistently Fruitful.  Focusing on leadership development, together we are able to build more and better disciples, more and better leaders, more and better churches within communities, cultivating a culture of generosity. Staff values define our spirit of accountability and how we demonstrate our culture, behaviors, and working relationships. Rest, is a biblical principle, and we believe that taking time to pause from work for renewal, reflection and spiritual well-being is essential to our calling. We encourage our ‘Grow and Go’ benefit that supports continued development and growth through additional training and mission opportunities

Staff Values

Committed to the Core

We are committed to the mission of Harvest to “Glorify God through the fulfillment of the great commission”. We are committed to the 4 W’s and 5 Pillars to help fulfill this mission.

Manner Matters

We believe that “how” we do things is just as important as “what” we are doing. We are committed to godly character and high integrity in everything we do.

fill it to the brim

We have a high commitment to excellence in everything we do because the Lord deserves our best. We will steward our gifts (time, talents, treasure, & testimony) with passion and urgency. As a staff we will lead the way in stewardship, generosity, and service.

we over me

We believe the Spirit leads us as we listen and collaborate with one another.

bravos & blindspots

We are committed to being proactive in both giving and receiving feedback. We believe that feedback fuels our personal growth, work performance, and maturity in Christ. We will share objections up and positives all around.

clarity is key

We are committed to effective communication and making sure everyone knows what they need to know when they need to know it. Clear vision, clarity of roles, and information sharing is crucial to “taking ground” for the mission and “unlocks” our ability to maximize our impact.

widen the lanes

We are passionate about maximizing, developing, and celebrating everyone’s giftings, regardless of role, gender, or ethnicity. We are stronger because of our diversity and unified because of our common goal.

Staff Benefits

We prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their health, financial security, and work-life balance. Our program includes competitive medical plans, dental coverage, and vision with premium contributions. Church-paid long-term disability, and basic Life and AD&D insurance.
