Four Sundays. One church family.
Four campuses. One celebration.

This fall, Harvest Bible Chapel is throwing open the doors and inviting everyone to stay a little longer. Following each of these Sunday morning gatherings, we’re hosting a free, all-afternoon celebration at four of our campuses — a chance to share a meal, play together, and gather as a church family at the start of a new ministry year.

This is the moment we pause before the calendar fills up, celebrate who we are together, and commit to what He has for us in the year ahead.

Come hungry. Come with your people. Invite your neighbor.

What to expect

A full afternoon together

A free lunch, on us. Outdoor games and lawn activities. Ministry booths where you can explore ways to connect and serve. And as the afternoon winds down, we’ll gather inside for a brief vision for the ministry year ahead — and close together in worship and prayer.

Order of events

Here’s how the afternoon unfolds

  • Lunch — free, provided by the church
  • Outdoor games and lawn activities
  • Ministry booths
  • Vision casting
  • Worship and prayer

Campus dates

Find your Sunday

Aurora Sunday, August 23
Crystal Lake Sunday, August 30
Elgin Sunday, September 13
Rolling Meadows Sunday, September 20
All celebrations begin immediately following the morning worship gathering.

Bring someone with you.

The best thing about a celebration is who you share it with. Invite a neighbor, a coworker, your community group, and maybe a friend who’s been curious about Harvest. There’s a seat at the table and plenty of room for everyone.
We’ll see you there.
