Day Camp is on Monday through Thursday, June 17–20. 9:00 AM–12:15 PM
Family Carnival on Friday evening June 21

Important Dates  

March 1 | Registration opened! Register under Camper Electives.

May 31 | Last day to receive a full refund for cancellation without the possibility of a $25 fee  

Friday, June 14 | Receive camper email with essential information for the week  

Sundays June 9 and 16 before and after the gathering | T-shirt pick up, or the first day of camp  

Schedule  

Doors Open at 8:30  AM

All Campers: 9:00 AM–12:15 PM  

How Much Does High Five Cost?  

Both preschool and grade school programs cost $110 for the week.  

Volunteer Discounts  

Adults serving all week at High Five, receive a discount of $50/off of each of their campers’ fees. Volunteers must serve all week to receive the full discount. Volunteers must register to serve first and then will receive the discount code via email for registering campers.  

Age Requirements  

FLY! preschool campers must be four years old before June 1, 2024. Children entering kindergarten also register for FLY.   

Grade school campers must be entering first through fifth grades, and register by the grade they are entering in the Fall of 2024.  

Cancellation Policy   

You may cancel your registration for a full refund until May 31.  After May 31, there is a $25 fee to cancel.  

Friend Requests  

Campers will be placed in teams based on grade. If your child has a friend request, please note that at the time of registration and we will do our best to honor your request.   

Volunteer Childcare for Children 0-4 years  

Free childcare is available for children ages 0-47 months of adult volunteers. Please register any child you will be bringing with you while you volunteer.

Community Group Outreach/Service Ideas

Create homeless blessing bags together, distribute to homeless outreach in area or keep in your car to give out.  

Serve at The Ruth Project either downtown Elgin or at the farm 

Serve together at Feed My Starving Children 

Contact campus ministry team to “adopt” a single mother in the congregation, and provide her with ongoing support (babysitting, groceries, gifts of encouragement)  

Contact local elementary/middle/high school and ask to provide regular blessing baskets to teachers   

Contact local senior/assisted living facility and offer to host a praise and worship night or ongoing Bible study 

Serve at local soup kitchen
