Preschool Explorers
Age 3- Entering Kindergarten
Your child will come home excited (and tired) after working out their little minds, hearts, and bodies with STEAM activities all week long as they learn about God’s great love for them! Campers are separated into smaller squads by age. (Must be three years old and fully potty-trained before June 1, 2026)
Grade School Adventure
Entering Grades 1-5
Each day, campers will attend two different types of activities. They’ll be creating, cooking, crafting, building, blasting, and much more. Each camper will get the chance to experience the best parts of High Five. Every day will be a new adventure filled with fun you won’t find anywhere else!
Campers are separated into smaller teams by age. Friend requests can be made during the registration process.

PICK UP / DROP OFF
CAN I PICK UP MY CHILD EARLY?
To ensure the safety of all campers, we discourage early pick-up. High Five is from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Please schedule other camps, lessons, and appointments outside of camp hours.
HOW DO I DROP OFF MY PRESCHOOL CHILD?
Check in your camper at the registration table outside the Harvest Kids Theater, and we will direct you to their team’s location within the HK Theater.
HOW DO I DROP OFF MY GRADE SCHOOL CHILD?
Check in your camper at the registration table in the main lobby, walk them to their team’s zone in the Worship Center, and we will take it from there!
HOW DO I PICK UP MY GRADE SCHOOL CHILD?
We are very vigilant to make sure every child leaves with the right adult. When you arrive for pick-up, a member of the High Five team will check your driver’s license and verify that you are on the approved pick-up list for that child (list created during online registration).
HOW DO I PICK UP MY PRESCHOOL CAMPER?
Preschool campers will remain in the Harvest Kids Theater for pick-up. A member of the High Five team will check your driver’s license and verify you are on the approved pick-up list for that child.
HOW DO I ADD AN AUTHORIZED PICK-UP PERSON?
If you need to add an extra authorized pick-up person, please email Samantha at [email protected] to make the change
CLOTHING/PERSONAL BELONGINGS
HOW DO I GET MY KIDS’ T-SHIRTS?
T-shirt pick-up weekends are June 14 and June 21 in the Harvest Kids Lobby after each service. If you miss a pick-up, no problem. T-shirts will also be available on the first day of High Five.
WHAT IF MY CHILD LOSES SOMETHING OR NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR CLOTHES?
This is a normal occurrence at High Five. We have a lost and found table in the Lobby. Please label all items to help us better keep track of each camper’s belongings. We also strongly suggest you send your child in with nothing of value. They get dirty, and their clothes and shoes may never be the same.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
Your child should wear their High Five t-shirt, shorts, and comfortable shoes. Everything gets dirty, stained, and worn out this week. Please do not send your child in anything you love. This is camp , and they play hard.
ALLERGIES
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR MY CHILD WITH ALLERGIES?
Note your child’s allergies when registering. All allergies are reviewed by our camp medical team. Every leader is notified of your child’s allergies and will make sure to prepare any necessary alternate ingredients or activities. Campers with allergies will also have an allergy wristband.
Allergy-friendly snacks will be provided and communicated to all parents before the start of camp. Changes and accommodations can be made if needed.
Our camp medical team will be able to support any medical needs, including keeping allergy medications and/or Epi-Pens in a safe area and administering them, if needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
I NEED TO CONTACT STAFF DURING THE WEEK
Email Samantha at [email protected] to contact us during camp hours. She will be checking emails hourly during the week of camp.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS SICK?
Please keep your child home if they have experienced an elevated temperature within 24 hours of the event, discharge of green or yellow mucus, complaints of stomachaches or sick feelings, experience diarrhea, or another contagious illness. Please monitor your child’s health and that of those living in your household.
WHAT PROCEDURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE TO ENSURE MY CHILD IS SAFE AT HIGH FIVE?
We work very hard to ensure your child will be safe and that you feel comfortable entrusting them to us for the week. Some of our key safety measures include:
- We will always have a member of our medical team on-site to handle medical needs.
- All adult volunteers have a current background check and have completed mandatory training to ensure they comply with safety protocols.
- Adults are never permitted to be alone with a child.
- Campers use child-only bathrooms, while adult and student volunteers use a separate one.
