HIGH FIVE BASICS | Rolling Meadows

If you need to make a change to your registration including authorized pick-up, electives, lunch, or T-shirt, please use this link to make your change/ask your question. You will receive a confirmation of your change.  

Important Dates   

Friday, March 1 | Registration is now open!   

Friday, May 31 | Last day to receive a full refund for a cancellation and/or change your elective without the possibility of a $25 fee   

Friday, June 21 | Receive camper email with essential information for the week   

Sundays, June 16 and 23 | before and after services – T-shirt pick up, or the first day of camp   


Schedule (Typical High Five Day)

  • Doors open at 8:15 AM
  • Preschool: 8:30 AM–12:00 PM 
  • Grade school: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM 

Cost 

  • Grade school campers: $175 
  • Preschool  campers: $85
    •  

Change/Cancellation Policy

  • Changes can be made without penalty between now and May 31. Beginning on June 1, there will be a $25 fee per camper to change electives plus any increase in premium elective fees.   
  • Cancellations are fully refundable through May 31. Beginning June 1, cancellations will result in a full refund less a $25 supply fee per camper. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the start of High Five.

Community Group Outreach/Service Ideas

Create homeless blessing bags together, distribute to homeless outreach in area or keep in your car to give out.  

Serve at The Ruth Project either downtown Elgin or at the farm 

Serve together at Feed My Starving Children 

Contact campus ministry team to “adopt” a single mother in the congregation, and provide her with ongoing support (babysitting, groceries, gifts of encouragement)  

Contact local elementary/middle/high school and ask to provide regular blessing baskets to teachers   

Contact local senior/assisted living facility and offer to host a praise and worship night or ongoing Bible study 

Serve at local soup kitchen
