Lyrics for the Outdoor Worship Gathering at the Elgin Campus

Psalm 19:1–6

The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech,
and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words,
whose voice is not heard.
Their voice goes out through all the earth,
and their words to the end of the world.
In them he has set a tent for the sun,
which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber,
and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy.
Its rising is from the end of the heavens,
and its circuit to the end of them,
and there is nothing hidden from its heat.

Holy, Holy, Holy

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.
Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty!
God in three persons, blessed Trinity!
Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore thee,
casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;
cherubim and seraphim falling down before thee,
which wert and art and evermore shalt be.
Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide thee,
though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see,
only thou art holy; there is none beside thee,
perfect in pow’r, in love, and purity.
Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
All thy works shall praise thy name in earth, and sky and sea.
Holy, holy, holy! merciful and mighty!
God in three persons, blessed Trinity!

Psalm 19:12–14

Who can discern his errors?
Declare me innocent from hidden faults.
Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins;
let them not have dominion over me!
Then I shall be blameless,
and innocent of great transgression.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable in your sight,
O LORD, my rock and my redeemer.

We Praise You

Let praise be a weapon
that silences the enemy
Let praise be a weapon that
conquers all anxiety
Let it rise, let praise arise
We sing Your name in the dark and
it changes everything
We sing with all we are and we
claim Your victory
Let it rise, let praise arise
We’ll see you break down every wall
We’ll watch the giants fall
Fear cannot survive when we praise You
The God of breakthrough’s on our side
Forever lift Him high
With all creation cry, God we praise You
Let faith be the song that overcomes the raging sea
Let faith be the song that calms the storm inside of me
Let it rise, let praise arise
This is what living looks like
This is what freedom feels like
This is what Heaven sounds like
We praise You, We praise You

King of My Heart

Let the King of my heart
Be the mountain where I run
The fountain I drink from
Oh, He is my song.
Let the King of my heart
Be the shadow where I hide
The ransom for my life
Oh, He is my song.
You are good, good, oh
You are good, good, oh
You are good, good, oh
You are good, good, oh
Let the King of my heart
Be the wind inside my sails
The anchor in the waves
Oh, He is my song.
Let the King of my heart
Be the fire inside my veins
The echo of my days
Oh, He is my song.

Let the King of my heart
Be the wind inside my sails
The anchor in the waves
Oh, He is my song.
Let the King of my heart
Be the fire inside my veins
The echo of my days
Oh, He is my song
You’re never gonna let,
never gonna let me down
You’re never gonna let,
never gonna let me down
You’re never gonna let,
never gonna let me down
You’re never gonna let,
never gonna let me down

Praise God (Selah)

There’s a song within me,
reaching from the inside out
Forever in the making,
you’re composing even now
I’ve heard it in the heavens,
the angels circle round and round
No end and no beginning,
I lift my voice to join the sound
Join the sound

Praise God, the Name above all names
Praise God, the Holy One who reigns
Praise God, the heavens cry out night and day
True in fields of riches,
true even on barren ground
No matter what the season
nothing’s gonna stop it now
My soul cries out
Praise God, the Name above all names
Praise God, the Holy One who reigns
Praise God, the heavens cry out night and day
Praise God, the Lion and the Lamb
Praise God, Holy, Omnipotent
Praise God, the First, the Last, the great I Am
I saw the Lamb upon the throne
Who holds the keys and takes the scroll
He healed my lips with burning coals
He found me and he made me whole
I see a kingdom with no end
His holy saints go marching in
The tree of Life it grows again
And Eden blooms where shame has been
Praise God, Praise God, Praise God

Send Me

If it’s bandaging the broken
Or washing filthy feet
Here I am Lord, send me
If it’s loving one another
Even when we don’t agree
Here I am Lord, send me
If I’m poor or if I’m wealthy
I’ll serve You just the same
Here I am Lord send me
On the mountain or the valley
I will choose to praise
Here I am Lord send me
If I’m known by how I love
Let my life reflect
How much I love You
I love You
And before You even ask
Oh my answer will be yes
‘Cause I love You
I love You
If the truth cuts like an arrow
I will say it anyway
‘Cause here I am Lord send me
If it’s means that they’ll reject me
Lord I will still obey
Here I am Lord send me
When I’m standing in Your glory
I’ll be glad I chose to say
Here I am Lord send me
Well done good and faithful
I live to hear You say
Here I am Lord send me
Here I am Lord, send me
Here I am Lord, send me
Here I am Lord, send me
